What's on my needles this week- 4/19/2024

I am currently knitting the 4th and last, for this season, 'Melody mosaic knit beret'. This is the name I have given this original design. Honestly, I would have quit at version 3, since I no longer wish to directly sell my handmade hats (and I can only wear and store so many different designs). Still, I wanted to be extra certain that the finalized written pattern is correct and explains everything in easy to understand language.

I would have finished this knitted beret more than a week ago, but arthritis has been a roadblock. My arthritis worsens in the type of weather I've been experiencing, here in the Midwest, this time of the year. However, I'm determined to complete this pink and brown version of the Melody mosaic knit beret, thereby finalizing the proofing of the Melody pattern, by the end of April. When I do, I will share pics of all of the finished versions I have created, starting with the prototype which is quite a bit different than the final results.
